Custom Cuts & Specialty Packaging
Have a favorite cut in mind that isn't listed on our standard cut sheet? Just send us an email and we can let you know if we can accommodate your request and the coordinating fee.
Do you want specialty packaging? We can do it! Any variation from our standard that results in more bags being used will be subjected to a surcharge of 25 cents per bag.
Giblets & Nutrient-Rich Pieces
Our standard packaging for your giblets is 8 per bag but will vary depending on the exact number of birds that you have processed by us. Poultry hearts, gizzards and livers are some of the most nutrient rich pieces of the whole chicken! Don't miss out on adding these little pieces into your monthly diet. An easy way to get started is to put liver through a food processor and add to any flavorful ground meat dish—think tacos, chili and meatloaf.
Chicken Feet for Broth & Treats
Speaking of nutrient density—you always have the option of keeping your chicken feet to make broth or stock with as well. They will be bulk bagged for you to do as you wish. Many of our clients take the time to dehydrate them and make them into dog treats, your chicken feet, your choice to take them or leave them.
